Leftover fried rice
2 thin slices of pound cake, strawberries with Nutella, tea with half-and-half and sugar
25 minutes on the trainer. It's too hot to ride, and it's too hot to sleep so getting up early is out of the question.
Chicken tacos (chicken, onions, red bell pepper, salsa, green onions), handful of tortilla chips with salsa, salad
I'm contemplating a dab of mint chocolate chip ice cream...
