I'm recovering from flapjack eating.

Breakfast
cornflakes with skim milk, blueberries and strawberries

Then cycled over to yet another free Stampede flapjack breakfast:
2 flapjacks (pancakes)
sausage patties
coffee

Then 2 hrs. later, cycled elsewhere to another one 5 kms. away:
2 larger flapjacks
2 larger sausage patties
brown beans
orange juice

Snack
fresh cherries, lichees and a plum
Tea with milk

Dinner:
some low fat cottage cheese, fruit
Sauteed gai lan (Chinese veggie)
tea with milk

Yea, all wierd. But I tried to taper off by the end of the day...

I did only 20 kms. of cycling..after the pancakes.
