Disclaimer: I work for a company that's related to Rocky Mountain bikes (but I know very little about the company itself).
They have an impressive reputation through the world for their mountain bikes. Their bikes are all built and assembled by hand here in Vancouver. Their road bikes offer has recently been significantly increased. I am guessing that their carbon frames are foreign-made (just like 90% of carbon frames as far as I know), though, but I could be mistaken.
My current bike is based on a Miele Uno frame but has all the parts of last year's Solo AL:30, which means: full Ultegra, Ksyrium Elite wheels, Fisik Pave saddle, etc. They're all great (I LOVE the wheels, they're really tough). I will probably try to get one of their new frames this year. I am not especially patriotic for a Canadian, but I find their new maple leaf design and gloss really pretty.
