Please stop calling my name from the pantry. Yes, I know I rode 50 miles this morning but if I eat you than I won't be able to have a beer tonight, and when it is 90 degrees out I really like having a beer. I am going to sit here and pinch my belly roll instead!

Dear Work Gods,
Thank you for letting me have a normal day. I felt competent, not stressed and I got all of my questions answered. Even though I have one client who told me she "already trusts me," the 7 year old with PDD and the 5 year old who threatened to kill her mom will keep me learning.
Maybe climbing the 2 mile 7-20% grade in the Berkshires burned all of the stress out.
