Nothing this past week because of the fourth and DH taking the week off from work. So my schedule has been upset a little bit. This next week I should be able to get back out there and start logging the miles again. All of this eating and parting in July does not help the fat reduction plan. Just think,in another six months we will be having the Holiday eating frenzy again.

I took your suggestion and in the meantime have picked up a light that will clip onto my cap. I have headlamps galore but not the clip on kind.

I'm thinking it will be the early AM for me. Then it is over and done with before the busy part of the day begins.

Thanks for thinking about me. I'll let you all know how it goes.

Well, I went this AM, about 6 and was using the clip on headlamp. This was great but there was a definate problem with weight. It threw my whole ball cap off. So I might just go with the headlamp and see how that goes. It was a dark rainny moring. No mtn bikers were out yet and I was the only one on the road..er trail. It was great. Good thing is that the weather is beginning to change and cooler days are ahead. Then I can just wear a hat and a headlamp. So then no problems that way.

Thanks for all of the help. You all are great and I thank you for you help.

Yellow, if your ever down here, give me a PM and we can go for an "easy" run.

Glad it went well (except for the heavy light)

The clip on light I have weighs in at .5 oz, so it's almost like nothing is there. And it's BRIGHT (and it was only $4 at a hunting/fishing store- which is why I bought it since it was so cheap and light).

Glad you enjoyed yourself out there!!! Is it still dark there at 6 am?
