I second the sentiment.

I had a professional bike fit done at the local medical center's sports medicine cycling performance lab. Pretty much everything needed adjusting, down to the three shims that now reside under my cleat.

The fit was on Tuesday and on subsequent rides this week, I have been getting 2 mph average increases and have been exclusively using the big ring in relatively hilly Pittsburgh.

I agree and love my bike fitter! I think a bike fit is some of the best money a cyclist can ever spend.
