Tour of California - Stage 5

Last weekend, Robert and I rode parts of stage 5 between San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara. This is me behind one of the route signs. The sign is really big!

The funny thing is that when Robert told people about the tour, lots of his friends asked if I was racing. Non cyclists are soooo clueless!

This morning I let Coach Troy sleep in. And I rode my trainer while I watched the recap of stage 4 on Tivo.

Don't you like the weather this week? The colors are great. I'm sure ETC enjoyed his beauty sleep.

There is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness".

I've been hearing the same thing - am I in the race? Uh, gee, if you toss a football around on occasion do you play for the Oakland Raiders? Are you going to the SuperBowl?
