Today:
B: multi-grain hot cereal with nuts, blueberries, skim milk, and 2 scrambled egg whites
33 mile bike ride (during which I had Heed, a banana & a Nutter Butter at SAG)
L: Roasted chicken wrap with home-made Tzatzi sauce (with no-fat dairy) & a small granola/blueberry "parfait" with fat free Greek Yogurt
S: frozen banana
D: Thinking about a turkey bacon BLT wrap and a beer. I am not very hungry, but net calories are so low that I figured I had better eat something, I want to go play on the mountain bike in the morning before it gets too hot![]()
