yesterday:
"small slice" whole wheat bread with soy nut butter before 5:30 AM ride. Rode fast with DH for about 9 miles, stopped at this little place that opens at 5 AM for a breakfast sandwich on whole wheat, with sliced hard boiled egg and cheese, coffee, then rode home, about 4 miles. more coffee at home

Lunch: salad with chicken, left over orzo and tomato, an apple
Snack: whole wheat pita chips (a small handful), cheese
Dinner out with friend: 8 oz sirloin steak with roquefort cheese (I ate about half of the cheese), sweet potato, salad

Today:
Half a Luna Bar before 3.5 mile trail run
after run, bowl of non fat Greek yogurt with strawberries, cranberries, nuts, 2 pieces of Canadian bacon, coffee

5 pieces of vegan whole wheat dumplings (not so tasty), grapes

nuts and cranberries
cheese and a small pita round, glass of red wine
