What others have said about flushing all the anesthetics, etc. out of your system and being kind to yourself.

I look at it this way, the reason that getting moving helps is that with the increased blood (and perspiration) flow, you are helping your body flush the Stuff out. (NB: not scientifically proven) You will get back to normal more quickly, in other words, if you move now.
