    Today was...interesting foodwise:

    Bowl of cereal with 1%
    Cold and wet 34-mile ride
    Half of a small latte because I was freezing
    a small frappucino, no whipped cream this time.
    Pulled pork (1/4lb) sandwich and potato salad (what? I was hungry! I had breakfast at 9:30, and didn't get lunch until 4!
    Whole Foods wine tasting--quarter glass of wine (split the rest between my parents since I don't really like wine), very small amounts of a raw berry cobbler, pasta with tomato sauce, mashed potatoes, pork with chimichurri, tomatoes, onions, and some kind of unidentified cheese, and Greek yogurt with pistachios and granola.
    Caesar salad with chicken...I only ate some of the chicken because it tasted like it had been strategically charred. One beer.
    At least I don't leave slime trails.

    B: 3 cups black tea with soymilk and honey (gosh this blog is making me realize I am stuck in routine)
    1 cup rice with soymilk

    L: berries, banana, lots of blueberries, kombucha, 10 chocolate chips

    15 mile ride up the mountain fast on my old 10 speed

    S: orange, pear, peach

    S#2: espresso with chocolate

    D: gin with juice, arugula and beet salad, 1 glass wine, 2 slices french bread with spicy red tomato sause

    B: whole wheat bagel sandwich with low fat ham and low fat provolone, blueberries and strawberries, coffee
    4 mile trail run, maybe quarter of a Luna bar after

    L:tuna sushi, with brown rice, edame salad

    finished the rest of the Luna Bar on the way home from my first diagnostic assessment done in someone's home

    whole wheat chips and hummus (probably a few too many), glass of wine

    D: egg/egg white fritatta with artichoke hearts and light garlic cheese, oranges and blueberries

    Greek yogurt and blueberries, slice of whole wheat raisin bread with soy nut butter, coffee

    salad with a can of tuna, lettuce, red pepper, goat cheese, one whole wheat deli flat

    21 mile ride, ate a luna Bar when got back

    Mexican restaurant... 3 tamales with a salad. I left a lot of the filling, it was very filling, one beer

    cheese sandwich on ww
    Vietnamese tofu Bun
    2 peaches, cantaloupe, and a mango
    raspberry Greek yogurt
    2 eggs on ww toast

    I think that's it.

    Water and a shot block on the ride
    small frappucino, a small scone and some chips
    Red pepper hummus on whole wheat bread, some cheese, Greek yogurt, strawberries and some granola
    another small frappucino
    Spice-rubbed chicken breast, garlic-lime rice and a cabbage/carrot/jalapeno slaw.

    I think I need to work some more veggies into my diet.

    S: sorbet
    L: cranberries, raspberries, tea with soymilk, pear, tomatoes

    D: beer, juice, arugula and beet salad

    I dont know what it is, I am on a fruit kick and it feels amazing. Nothing else sounds very appealing. All I want to eat all day is fruit. Maybe cause it is summer?
