Take care Chryss!
Yes, take care, Chryss. Keep us updated, please.
Well, for me the May/June weight loss challenge has been a HUGE failure. I haven't lost a thing. I've sorta tried, and my exercise has definitely increased, but my weight is the same. Just started strength training so hopefully that will help.
Oh well... there's always next time.![]()

I have been out of the loop for a few weeks- just read back a page and sending hugs and positive thoughts to you Chryss-
After a gradual and successful road from 150 two years ago, to my goal weight of 112 last May, I have had some ups and downs and the scale has inched up since winter. Just back from 2 weeks vacation without seeing a scale and this morning it was 118.8. It is so easy to fall back into old habits!
Might not sound scary for some of you, but I'm am 5'1" and 5 lbs is enough to change a full size. So my intention is to return to the "no exceptions" mindset that worked for me last year. This is a good reminder to stay focused.
