This is a good thread. My last run was on Sat. morning as part of a brick training day and it was HOT!!! I was an hour later starting, just couldn't pull myself out of bed and let me tell you, an hour makes a huge difference in the temperature! I trudged along for 4 sweat drenched miles and thought of giving up and cutting it short many many times. I actually was ready to get on my bike and ride just so I could "cool" off with the wind hitting me. I plan on running this evening (7ish when it's "cooler") and am hoping for some kind of overcast.
