    I'm sorry to hear this. What a sad and senseless thing to happen. I agree that there really should be a law or something that makes negligence such as this punishable. I know she did not intentionally drift into the bike lane, but seriously...

    I too am very sad to hear this and will be keeping Tim's friends and family in my prayers. New to biking and shocked at the total disrespect that drivers have for bicyclers and lack of sharing the road. On the other hand, I have become much more aware of sharing the road while I am behind the wheel of my car. I share my experiences with everyone who will listen...

    I'm so sorry Trek. These stories always get me down. It didn't have to happen. The thought of someone losing their life while out enjoying a bike ride pains me.
