Yesterday:
Bowl of cereal, milk
18-mile bike ride; one shot block and water on the ride
Once I got back in the parking lot (so, lunch/recovery food, right?)
Pina colada-flavored shaved ice (feeling nostalgic, haven't had it in ages), a pulled-pork sandwich with barbeque sauce, lemonade, Starbucks stop on the way home for caffeine fix.
This mostly served to remind me that I was hungry.
Lunch part II: the pulled pork that had fallen out of the sandwich, with barbeque sauce, brown rice, an apple, water.
mixed green salad with goat cheese, garlic hummus with pita chips
~ 1 scoop Ben and Jerry's Cheesecake Brownie ice cream.
