UltraCoach 3.0
I used this software for years and loved it. The only reason I don't use it now is I switched to Mac a few yrs ago and UC is not Mac compatible (nor does the company plan to make it so).
It's multisport applicable and pretty easy to use.

The company also has several "virtual" training software or maybe its webware... not sure. Anyway check it out. As to UC 3.0, as I recall it was not cost prohibitive.

I've experimented with a few, have been using My Cycling Log for 2 years now and like it fine.
Now, if only I could find a good online bike routing/tracking log... I've been using Bikemap for a few months. Half the time it tells me "you just can't go that way" when I know I can!
