So, my weekend was pretty much like Catrin's. I was away Saturday and part of Sunday, and as it was raining on the Cape, there was nothing to do but eat and sit and read.

Yesterday:
Kashi Go Lean cereal, skim milk, banana, bowl of fruit

cup of butternut squash soup, chicken salad on a bed of lettuce, with cranberries and almonds, an orange, slice of whole wheat bread

dinner at friends: about 10 chips with salsa, 2 rum swizzles (), rosemary encrusted chicken breast, quinoa salad w/veggies, baked sweet potatoes and fennel with an olive oil dressing, small slice of blueberry pie and vanilla ice cream

I don't want to even see the scale for a few days
