Yesterday...diet was terrible but a great day.
B: Yogurt, cinnamon roll, coffee
bike parking lot drills
L: 6 inch Subway Turkey/Wheat, fruit
1 hour? trail ride
S: wonderful mint-chocolate chip ice cream cone (first of the year)
D: scrambled egg whites & no-fat cottage cheese
I won't post what I ate/drank Saturday, it featured too much beer and yummy foodBack to normal today!
