Most boring breakfasts here-- a bowl of (generic) plain spoon-sized shredded wheat with organic whole milk and seasonal fruit. Plus coffee. Almost every day, for years on end. Works for me!

I do enjoy other "breakfast-y" foods, like eggs or pancakes or whatever, just for dinner not breakfast...

It varies. If I feel like cooking, it will be some kind of omelette or baked egg dish, with spinach, onions, garlic, mushrooms and tomatoes.. or leeks...
Most times I have some kind of homemade bread around.
Today I don't have any of the usual stuff, so I found some cereal and almond milk. Be hungry in an hour!

I love fresh fruit with yogurt. Strawberries are at their peek! I had a big bowl of berries with a dollop of yogurt this morning. I love fresh fruit for breakfast this time of year. Most mornings throughout the rest of the year I have a smoothie made with frozen fruit and protein powder

Heh, if I'm likely to eat the same meal every day, it'll be breakfast. I do best on a giant breakfast--bacon, two carbs (partial to pancakes or waffle and hash browns) and fruit--but alas, this isn't possible every day.
At least I don't leave slime trails.
