Five Arbys sandwiches in one sitting? My oh my. I worked there in high school and it was probably 15 years before I could bring myself to even try one of those again.

I've found myself making a quick protein shake with whey powder, milk and chocolate ovaltine. Pop it in the magic bullet and it gets nice and frothy quick. I'm not saying it's delicious, but it does seem like an effective recovery drink.

+1 on almond butter. YUM. Trader Joes has it cheap too.
