Trying to push it out of that itty bitty tiny hole with 5 strands still intact while the remains of the ones that broke off are randomly curling around being obnoxious is so not a good way to spend an hour. You do not have to wait until everything else is malfunctioning. New cables are just nice to have, you know?

Please lay off my mom's side of the family. Grandmother and great aunt both have aspiration pneumonia and it's not looking good in either case. And please be kind to Great Aunt C. The last year and half haven't been kind--she's lost her husband, two brothers-in-law, and is set to lose two sisters sometime soon. Stop. Please. And in both cases, if it has to happen, make it quick.
