banana, 3/4 raw oats with raisins
1 slice WW toast
70 mile bike ride to the top of a mountain and back 4,000ft climbing
3/4 cup more raw oats with corn flakes and raisins
veggie sandwich
water
a handful of olives, piece of kale
grilled mushrooms and squash, 3 glasses of wine, 1/2 roasted potato
4 slices of watermelon with LOTS OF SALT
