I am surprised to be down a pound because I over ate yesterday by 400 calories and got no exercise in the pouring rain.
Off to ride. The heat has broken. This will be nice.

Half a pound this week. This week was a struggle because I had a day where I was nearly 500 calories over and tried to make up for it the rest of the week, which was painful. Ended up averaging only 1103 per day. I'd rather be averaging 1200 and exercising more but I am still working up my tolerance.
Happy to have broke the 130s barrier though!
