164.2 :/
I cannot break 160 and stay below. Whenever I do, I seem to jump back up. Maybe my body's telling me something...![]()

Half a pound this week. This week was a struggle because I had a day where I was nearly 500 calories over and tried to make up for it the rest of the week, which was painful. Ended up averaging only 1103 per day. I'd rather be averaging 1200 and exercising more but I am still working up my tolerance.
Happy to have broke the 130s barrier though!

Still working toward getting back on my bike. I have another followup next week with the doctor, so it shouldn't be too long. I've gotten in a couple of 5ks on the treadmill this past week.

Friday I was 136, today was 134.5. Probably will be back to 136 tomorrow
Obviously something is off in my diet, exercise, or both. I will participate in the next challenge and can hopefully address this.
So, I did end up getting a new scale...just in time for the end of this round. Since I don't know how much of the change in my weight is because of scale difference, I won't be posting another weight for this one. I'm still not sure if I'll jump in on the next round here or not.
I've actually joined a challenge on another site that seems to make more sense for me. It's more goal-focused than just tracking weight loss. We've all stated specific goals around nutrition, activity and weight and/or body fat percentage. Then we record where we're at weekly, along with any "failures" or cheats. That kind of accountability is helpful.
But then, I tend to be of a similar mind as the things Veronica has chimed in with a few times. Goals are great, but without a plan they really don't mean much.
