We will be riding with others. I'm more concerned about all of the people rather than the BIG hill by Puyallup.

We lived in South King County for 25 years so know the area well. I have contacted the Cascade Bike Club regarding holding any seminars in the Spokane area. But so far they have not scheduled any. I have printed all the info off the website for the STP and will use that.

We have been trying different foods and drinks. Will continue that until we get it figured out. Being a diabetic adds a challenge but working through it with very few problems.
