    Yesterday: Apple and six walnut halves for breakfast
    Spinach and sprouted mung bean salad, plus four chicken sticks from
    leftover Chinese food.
    One homemade dosa (kind of a pancake made with urad dal and rice flour)
    with Avocado/yogurt/raisen chutney, watermelon and musk melon, and
    cucumber soup. The cucumber soup was a waste of the 30 calories it
    amounted to.

    1 egg, 1 piece ww toast, low salt ham, cheddar sammy, oj, coffee
    bowl of chicken vege soup
    1 piece of cherry pie
    1 beer
    salad, with cucumbers, tomatoes, yellow zucchini, blue cheese crumbles, vinaigrette, and slices of grilled top sirloin with 1 glass of red wine

    small bowl of non fat Greek yogurt with nuts and cranberries and a little organic whole grain flakes cereal thrown in. this is my go-to meal before a long ride in the early AM, but my ride got cancelled by weather, so then I ate a piece of whole wheat bread with soy nut butter, coffee
    bottle of water/Nuun on errand ride

    coffee

    flank steak salad with feta cheese, grape tomatoes, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, 2 pieces dark chocolate

    1 banana
    bowl of chicken vege soup, 2 pieces wg bread with butter
    small bag of potato chips
    chicken thighs sauteed with green and yellow summer squash, onions, garlic, roasted red peppers, and fresh local tomato, thyme, winter savory on white rice

    2 cups black tea with lots of honey
    1 cup soymilk
    banana, 3/4 raw oats with raisins
    1 slice WW toast

    70 mile bike ride to the top of a mountain and back 4,000ft climbing

    3/4 cup more raw oats with corn flakes and raisins
    veggie sandwich
    water

    a handful of olives, piece of kale

    grilled mushrooms and squash, 3 glasses of wine, 1/2 roasted potato
    4 slices of watermelon with LOTS OF SALT
