I had an awesome ride the other night and then I turned around to head home.

I had to DOWNSHIFT on a DOWN HILL the head wind was so strong. That was a new one for me.

Yep, I've had this happen a few times this season...it is always a shock to me when it happens. I mean, I shouldn't HAVE to pedal hard to keep going downhill...but it happens
