2 or even 3. I actually added the silken tofu for the first time tonight (instead of a third avocado) and I'm afraid I'm a bit gassy this morning

Some people might handle the tofu just fine though!

This is good to know, I will add more avocado and leave out the tofu. It has that affect on me as well I love avocados but have been avoiding them for their high fat content - I know it is "good" fat - but if I just had small servings of this soup it would be fine. Thanks again! I get in a diet rut and this looks yummy

Just remember that avocados are jam packed with nutrients. I read somewhere that if there was one food that you were most likely to be able to survive off of successfully, it would be california avocados. It doesn't really surprise me. I like to top it with a splash of extra virgin olive oil. But still, if you're sensitive to all fats, definitely save up your fat grams for this delicious dish. Very worthwhile!

    Yesterday:

B: Bran cereal, 2 scrambled egg whites, skim milk and coffee
    S: Athenos no-fat greek yogurt
L: Green beans, small amount of brown rice, 1/2 roasted chicken breast and 1/2 TJ garlic chicken sausage - leftovers were yummy!
    S: Banana

Dinner: Whole Wheat wrap with 1 roasted chicken breast, tomato and sprouts

22 mile hot and fun bike ride - 1 serving of Heed in my water while riding

S: Skim milk smoothie with strawberries, blueberries, and peanut butter. Was still quite hungry, so had a single slice of Ezekiel bread toast with a little more peanut butter.

I need to get an inexpensive source of protein powder for my smoothies - flax seed would be good as well.

    Yesterday:
B: Greek yogurt and nutty granola.
Skipped lunch, took a nap instead because the AC's on the fritz again.
S: Strawberry+honey Greek yogurt...frozen this time! Handful of chips, 2 thin slices of cake
D: I got left to my own devices, so...Chicken tacos on the tiny corn tortillas, with fried onions, jalapeno slices, a tomato/onion/cilantro salsa I found in the fridge, green onions (yes, I do in fact smell like onions today...). There would have been avocado, but the mold on it appeared to be at a point where it was developing intelligence. Brown rice with a bit of butter, lime juice and cilantro.

    Today:
    B: Same as yesterday
L:Same as yesterday's dinner, just without the rice.
S: Will probably be more yogurt
    D: No clue
At least I don't leave slime trails.
