    I have no advice, just wanted to say that I'm suffering with you here, though for different reasons. I finally got a foam roller for my IT band and overdid it yesterday. I can walk without limping for the first time in days, but the whole side of my leg there is sore to the touch! So no foam rolling today. And ice sounds great. Actually, it's finally 90 in denver...might be a good day for an ice bath.

    An ice bath does sound good - the hard part about not riding today is it is nice and cool out there...but I really want this soreness to go away. The ice did seem to help. Hope your soreness is gone quickly!

    This doesn't mean I remember to ice things down.
    Yes, I am feeling better, no longer nauseated. Knee is just cranky.
