Yesterday:
B: Trader Joe's Whole Grain hot cereal (rolled oats, rye, barley and oats) - didn't have time to make steel-cut oats) with dried cranberries, walnuts, and skim milk. 2 scrambled egg whites and coffee
20 mile windy bike ride - had 1/2 a Cliff bar during the ride
L: Baby spinach salad with dried cranberries, pecans, a touch of blue cheese, vinaigrette dressing and a roasted/skinless chicken breast
S: tried making a smoothie: banana, skim milk, blueberries. It is a beginning![]()
D: Garlic chicken sausage on a small whole wheat bun, green beans, 1 beer

I love avocados but have been avoiding them for their high fat content - I know it is "good" fat - but if I just had small servings of this soup it would be fine. Thanks again! I get in a diet rut and this looks yummy
