    B: Greek yogurt, strawberries, almonds, dried cranberries
    L: half a ham and low fat provolone sandwich on whole wheat, Dijon mustard, an apple
    S: packet of TJ's nuts and cranberries, little piece of Cojita cheese
    D: Baked haddock with yogurt/parmesan topping, sweet potato, salad with goat cheese, walnuts, 2 pieces of dark chocolate

    I finally got up the nerve to weigh myself today (after vacation and being sick). Not the worst, but I have work to do.

    B: 3 scrambled egg whites, no-fat cottage cheese, 1 slice Ezekial bread toast, skim milk, coffee
    S: Chobani yogurt
    L: Roasted skinless chicken breast, romaine lettuce, vinaigrette dressing
    S: Apple
    D: Whole Wheat wrap with skinless chicken breast and sprouts

    1 hour bike ride

    S: apple & 1/2 cup no-fat cottage cheese

    B: rice chex, strawberries, raspberries, 1% milk, coffee
    S: 1 banana and cherries
    L: edamame and 3 small spring rolls
    D: salmon, rice pilaf, vege salad, green leaf lettuce, spinach, sorrel, yellow squash, green beans, red bell pepper, italian dressing.

    Oh dear, i believe today is not going to be good!

    I went out for breakfast:
    B: swedish oat pancake with syrup and apple sauce (wow that was the densest (Sp??) pancake I have ever eaten - it was good tho!
    L: So far, I've had a handful of potato chips
    and tonight we're off for dinner at my favorite mexican place so you know where that will go, lots of fat, lots of margarita,

    Oh, well, can't eat right every day!

    egg white omelette with feta cheese, slice of whole wheat toast w/margarine, 2 pieces Canadian bacon, blueberries coffee

    21 mile easy ride, very windy, with a few sprints
    "Cobb" salad at a cafe near the end of my ride; it was actually a pretty healthy version of a Cobb with avocado, black beans, chicken, beets, tomato, egg

    slice of Machengo cheese

    pork medallions with a spicy chili sauce and Asian cabbage slaw

    kiddie size chocolate dip vanilla soft serve cone at Dairy Joy. Summer is officially here! This is the latest date I've waited to have my first soft serve.

    Today:
    2 eggs, over easy, bowl of oatmeal and blueberries, coffee
    12 mile ride to ride start, half a Luna Bar
    led 15 mile ride, half a soy nut butter and whole wheat sandwich, rode home another 15 miles
    ate a piece of cheese and some whole wheat Pita chips

    dinner at bike rally: one beer, a few pieces of cheese
    one chicken breast, broccoli slaw, whole wheat cous cous, piece of cornbread, blueberry pie (I only ate the filling) and some vanilla ice cream

    an orange and cup of herbal tea
