I never had that issue with the box, or cooler method as zoom-zoom mentioned. I need to try straining some. Do you let the yogurt stain for a long time in the fridge?
Interesting - and I'm sorry you're having that happen I'm guessing it's the Yogourmet? Very, very odd....
