I'm trying to get a feel for what my goals should look like to fully prepare for my coaching role next spring and my races this summer and fall. I have about 750 miles more to go before I have a good aerobic base, but I'd like to know on average how many miles you road racers put in a week (if you are also willing to mention what Cat you race in, that would be great!). I realize there are different levels of commitment on the board, but this will help to give me a sense of what I need.
To add a layer of complexity to this question, do you have easy days and hard days? What does your training week look like typically?
