Made my personal avocado watercress soup recipe tonight for dinner. Filling and cool on a hot summer night!

    2 small avocados
    1 bunch watercress
1/2 serrano chile (or another depending on how hot you want it)
    3 cloves garlic
    1/3 pkg silken tofu
    salt to taste
8-16 oz water depending on the consistency you like

    whiz in blender

here's an old picture of it that i took. Today i garnished with crab meat

Reesha - that looks incredibly delicious and thanks for the recipe!

    Yesterday:

B: Trader Joe's Whole Grain hot cereal (rolled oats, rye, barley and oats) - didn't have time to make steel-cut oats) with dried cranberries, walnuts, and skim milk. 2 scrambled egg whites and coffee

20 mile windy bike ride - had 1/2 a Cliff bar during the ride

L: Baby spinach salad with dried cranberries, pecans, a touch of blue cheese, vinaigrette dressing and a roasted/skinless chicken breast

S: tried making a smoothie: banana, skim milk, blueberries. It is a beginning

D: Garlic chicken sausage on a small whole wheat bun, green beans, 1 beer

2 or even 3. I actually added the silken tofu for the first time tonight (instead of a third avocado) and I'm afraid I'm a bit gassy this morning

Some people might handle the tofu just fine though!
