as a plug for Lorri who tends to lurk here but not post (well at least that's what Dita says),
Lorri has been coaching women's cycling for several years and has been a real advocate for women's cycling in the Bay Area (see velogirls.com).
I haven't yet met Lorri (although we've exchanged several emails regarding lunachix), I have attended one of her clinics (led by one of her race teammates) and it was excellent.
