    It is in my bedroom - and my LHT HAS to be on the bottom since it weighs 35 pounds My lovely Gunnar weighs considerable less than that so it is a breeze to lift on and off the top of the rack.

    Yeah, the Surly is not light. Same reason my 19 pound road bike is on top. I'm pretty sure if I put the Surly up there it would pull everything down.
