Nice on your REI purchase. I feel your pain in regard to buying something you won't use for awhile. I'm considering buying "winter" riding gloves now, since they're all marked down, but it's hard to justify spending money when I may not use them for awhile.
Good to know there are mirrors for road bikes. I don't even have a road bike yet, but I'm getting prepared.....
