So it was treadmill and 3 miles at Pikes Peak incline. So for this 3 mile section it was 2.3 miles at 12% then down to 3% for 0.6 miles. (lowest incline of the whole peak). I walked at 3 mph and I did run (very slowly) for 1 minute intervals with the 12% incline with 2 - 3 min walk recovery. 3 mph is a do able walk but you still just want to reduce the incline! But I did it. Gym was hot, treadmill boring, incline hard. But I DID IT. Under 90 days OMG!
Tomorrow is easy outside run and then Thursday is 12 miles.
Good job everyone. My training schedule is still not as hard or as many miles as many of you.
