    Talking I'm riding across the country AND BACK!

    Hello to all of my fellow female cyclists!!!

    I just wanted to share that I'm leaving June 20th to ride my bike from Seattle, WA to Washington, D.C. for the American Lung Association's Big Ride then I will be heading out to Virginia with my boyfriend, Ryan, and we will be taking the TransAmerica trail home!

    It's bound to be the most challenging adventure I've ever faced and I'd absolutely love it if you followed my blog and posted encouraging comments along the way:

    Wow, that sounds AMAZING. Have a wonderful time on the good days, and I'm wishing you lots of patience, light thoughts and a zen-like mind for those days that don't feel like such a great adventure. They'll be the ones to tell about later, I bet

    Thanks SO MUCH for all the well wishes, good advice and offers of a place to sleep! It means a lot and I'm getting very nervous and excited as I get closer to my departure date. So much to do to get ready, not to mention TRAINING!
