as my road bike is still in it's shipping crate. I have an appointment with an orthopod tomorrow morning to get a new verdict on my knee. Really need to have the bike uncrated, then maybe I'll allow myself to need new cycling gear.

I just put away our cycling clothes from the weekend and I had to laugh. 4 years ago my DH wouldn't be caught dead in cycling shorts. I would wear cycling shorts but didn't see the point of a jersey.

I feel deprived, living in Ohio. On the other hand, my bank account is probably a lot happier.
Hmm...I have an excuse to visit the Phoenix area, and I've always wanted to visit the northwest. Anyone want to put up with me for a day? I don't take up too much space...At least I don't leave slime trails.
