I did 18(+, GPS checked out for a bit) this weekend, but I split it with 100+ miles on the bike in two bricks in two days (well, plus a bit, my ride came up short so I added miles after running). The "at least" distances are: 42mi ride, 11mi run; 45mi ride, 7mi run, 13mi ride. I expect to be hungry tomorrow.

Next weekend I will be doing a long bike (either hilly and 60+ miles or varying and 100+ miles) and probably a half marathon (and perhaps later more miles). It'll be the last big weekend.
