    I never knew how good they were for you until I picked up an issue of Clean Eating and read their article about them. Ever since they have been apart of my breakfast.

    Indeed - everyone over a certain age who has ever been near a TV has heard about them even if they don't realize it.... if only as the fuzzy green pet plant ....

    Seriously though, I didn't know you could eat them too until recently.

    Here I always thought it was just grass people were growing on chia pets. I've never actually had one.
