My bike has an exit point for water in the frame on the bottom. The LBS told me after a ride in the wet to leave the bike upright, never to hang it upside down, and the water will dribble out. This is Oregon so I've had quite a few wet rides and the LBS is correct, the water comes out of the exit hole on the bottom if I leave the bike upright.
