Love them. I put them in smoothies. Also, have made chocolate pudding with them and raw brownies.

I just bought them the other day to add to my morning rice protein shakes.....good source of omega 3 and fiber.
I like to have texture in my shakes and so I add a scoop of ground flax and a scoop of chia.
It's a lot more expensive than ground flax - so I'll probably only buy it when its on sale.
I use them on the day of a ride - the old indian method where you just soak them in water for 30 minutes or so (til it forms a sludge) and drink it all. I like them. :-)
sprinkle on salads! I love hemp, chia and flax- crunchy!
Be yourself, to the extreme!
I never knew how good they were for you until I picked up an issue of Clean Eating and read their article about them. Ever since they have been apart of my breakfast.

never heard of them - but everytime I read this thread title, I think you're looking for seeds for your chia pet.
