former Jacksonville, NC resident and late bloomer in the biking world. My 63rd birthday will be my 5 year anniversary for serious road bike riding and I am celebrating it by riding with two of my sisters in the Little Red Riding Hood Ride in Bountiful, Utah at the beginning of June.

Welcome to the adventure and to the forum.

Welcome to TE!! So glad you dusted off that Eros and took her out again. I just bought a used Eros frame in December and built her up from scratch. She's a beauty and rides like a dream.
So glad you fell in love with riding again. There's something about seeing life from the saddle of a bike...

Hey Tri Girl, I love my Bianchi Eros...love the color..I think it's called celeste?? I saw some new Bianchi's yesterday and they were some pretty bikes. I think it's cool that you took the frame and built it up from there. How did you know how to do that? I would like to be able to work on my own bike. I'm mechanically minded and I think it would be fun to tinker with it.
