161.8 - excactly the same as last week.
I lost my beloved 16 year old cocker spaniel this week and I haven't worked out one day and have eaten like crap. I'm glad it's not higher with all the emotional eating I've been doing.

Tri Girl, you've had a really devastating week. Be kind to yourself.

160.4 this morning.
It's funny how my weight is currently bouncing all over the place. I was down to 159.8 three days ago and then it jumped up 2 pounds overnight. I've been losing weight in a controlled and prolonged way for the first time in my life since last year and am down over 30 kg / 65 pounds. It was going a lot less harder than I expected, but now that I'm in this unfamiliar region of "only 15 pounds or so overweight", suddenly my body is doing new, unexpected things.
channlluv - hang in there! It'll get better, you know that, right? (My starting point last year was very close to where you were recently -- 227 pounds -- and I was at that weight or thereabouts for a long time before that. Though you're probably taller.)
Tri Girl - so sorry to hear that. We have 6 Siberian Huskies living indoors with us. I'm sure s/he had a great (and clearly long) life with you.
224. Yay!!
Having the period from hell, which is making exercise rough (I am not one of the fortunate people who exercise relieves). I'll take it.
Most days in life don't stand out, But life's about those days that will...
166.6 Kinda a creepy number, especially on Friday the 13th. However it's weight loss so I'll take it![]()
