Yep. Should be painful. Luckily, I have no illusions of any type of performance for that race. I just want to finish it!


V - Blue Lake sprint tri in Troutdale, OR. I haven't officially signed up yet, but I will. I did it last year, so it'll be interesting to see how my times compare. I had a lousy first OWS at Blue Lake last year, so lots of opportunity!
