    Too much...
B: half a Luna Bar before 13.5 mile ride at 5:15 AM, half a whole wheat bagel with melted cheddar, and an orange, coffee after the ride.

L: more of the homemade chicken salad from last night (a scoop), an apple

snack/appetizers in class, in celebration of our last clinical seminar: a few pita chips, veggies, hummus, bruschetta dip. I didn't really eat too much of it, but..

D: chicken sausage with tomato sauce over polenta. I couldn't finish it.

    Too much...

B: ham & cheese omelet, toast, fruit, coffee
L: chicken breast, salad, rice pilaf, 1/2 piece cheesecake
D: hotel buffet with a few others: chicken, salad, chicken gumbo.... And blackberry cobbler with ice cream!

I need to work out but feel like a beached whale - I will a little later when I've digested some of my dinner.

What IS there about traveling that makes it so easy to eat too much

Ah Catrin, you don't have to travel to eat too much - just go out to a Mexican restaurant!
    B: grapenuts, 1% milk, coffee
    L: fettucini with veges
D: 1 chile relleno, 1 beef taco, rice and beans, 1 margarita

ahhhh but I rarely go out to eat - until I shed some debt it isn't in the budget. Thankfully sounds like you had a nice dinner though

I know! I am storing energy for my first gravel ride on the Jamis Sat!

I am SO ready to go home...

B: Egg white omelet with bacon, mushroom and cheese (ate about 3/4 of it), toast and fruit

L: turkey/cheese sandwich on whole wheat with a little potato salad, coffee, 1/3 of a yummy brownie

D: chicken, steamed veggies, small salad, small tart with berries

A little better today, but still too much - and I seem to be eating less than others around me but I know I have gained a little this week. Meh.

DID have a decent long workout last night, so thankful to return home tomorrow! Hopefully can go for a nice LONG ride Friday evening!
