Pre-workout snack: apple
Weights and some cardio in hotel fitness center
B: egg white omelet with turkey and cheese, 1 piece toast, skim milk and coffee
L: chicken thigh, fish (never seen both served together), asparagus and green beans, rice, 3 small bites of delightful cheesecake
S: banana
Reception: 4 crackers with small amount of goat cheese and Brie
D: Cliff bar - just wasnt hungry
Back to fitness center and did some cardio on bike and elliptical. I MISS my bike...
