I decided to add a little more whole wheat carbs back in, in the AM, as I am still hungry, even with all the protein I eat. I'm having a lot of allergy issues, and craving comfort food.

half a whole wheat bagel with low fat cream cheese, egg whites (2), strawberries and blueberries
string cheese
lentil salad
cranberries and nuts
ate the other half of a bagel with hummus when I got home

whole wheat Boboli with low fat mozzarella, goat cheese, chicken, slices of peaches, drizzled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil (2 slices) and a salad,
1 piece of dark chocolate
